Africa Pastoralists Empowerment Organization (APEO), Kenya – supported this small NGO develop its three-year strategy and associated business plan. This has now helped the organization to mobilize resources from both the government, several development financing institutions and private foundations. A strong monitoring, evaluation and communication strategy developed with the client is now providing timely updates to all stakeholders that are in locations.
Economic Community of West Africa States (ECOWAS) – supported in 2024 the development of a Rice Roadmap for regional self-sufficiency by 2030 for its 15 member countries. The strategy has a strong implementation framework that takes a strong matrix management approach with ECOWAS coordinating and thematic programs on one hand and the member countries on the other.
